Le Syndicat was a band and a label that started his activities in 1982. In the years 80, Le Syndicat produced audio cassettes wich were sold, distributed and exchanged by the post office via the "Mail Art" The label published in cassette, outside of the music of the band, other artists as MERZBOW, PARAZITE, PACIFIC 231, CONTROLED BLEEDING, BLACKHOUSE, DOG AS MASTER... The band Le Syndicat participated in a score of international compilations and collaborated musically with many artists. Le Syndicat had contacts notably with exchange of sounds and compositions by correspondence with the Japanese noise wave of the years 80: MERZBOW, NBN (Nothing But Noise), THE HANATARASHI, etc. The band Le Syndicat didn't stop existing when its label quit its activities and crossed the years 90 as having been published by other independent labels as RRR (USA), STAAL PLAT (Nederland / USA), DAFT RECORDS (Belgium).
