Romance is the name of a Seattle based 4-piece producing music in the early 80's post-punk style with elements of Joy Division, The Chameleons and The Sound.

They formed in late 2005 and shortly after released their debut EP - When Things Are Better. Lead by their single PlayParis Is Burning KEXP and other radio stations put the EP in regular rotation. This lead to fans voting them as one of the top four up and coming bands in Seattle.
