You can easily embed a youtube video in any place in your post.
Simply copy & paste the url from your browser:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xG44s2ANFo0
or use:
[video]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xG44s2ANFo0[/video]
(This is what you will get if you use the "Video Link" button in the area where you compose your message).
Do NOT use the embed code supplied on youtube or other sites that looks like this:
<object width="425" height="344"><param ...
It will work but it's not fully supported and there will be garbage characters in your post.
You can also post video urls from Google Video (video.google.com), Vimeo, break.com, ebaumsworld.com.
Including Remote Images
To easily embed a remote image in any place in your post, use the img tag:
<img src="http://someothersite.com/restofurl/someimage.jpg">
or use:
[IMG]http://someothersite.com/restofurl/someimage.jpg[/IMG]
Any site that provides copy/paste code that uses the img tag can be used.
Alternatively, you can also upload images from your pc.

File Attachments
Simply click on the "Attach a file" link, above the area where you normally
compose your messages, select a supported file from your pc, and click "attach".
Supported file types for now are:
Images (jpg, gif, png)
and MP3 files
Files attached this way will be automagically embeded at the end of your post,
you don't have to type anything else.
Once you attach a big file your browser may appear to be busy for several minutes until the transfer is complete.
Just wait it out. The bigger the file the longer you may have to wait, the faster your upload speed the shorter.
Also avoid uploading music you don't have the rights to. This is an experimental feature,
so that bands and labels that *wish* to make songs available can do so.
